Self-pickup Guideline

1. Order and Payment

• Browse our online store and add your desired item/s to the cart.

• Proceed to checkout and select the "Pickup" option.
• 
• Complete your payment using any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, FPX transfer, Touch'nGo, GrabPay, Boost or ShopeePay.

 

2. Order Preparation

• Please allow us 1 working day to prepare your order.

 

3. Ready to Pickup Notification

• Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with guidelines on how to collect your items. Please avoid coming for pickup before receiving the confirmation email.

  

4. Pick Up Your Order

• Visit our warehouse in Shah Alam, Selangor with the necessary details provided in the email to pick up your order.
