For every good purchased, our team will do a quality check on the product before we ship it out. However, if you happened to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, kindly inform us in 14 days upon receipt and we will take action almost instantly. Keep calm, all costs of resending or returning for problem orders are borne by us.

Shipping fees are determined by the combined weight of your items and your delivery address. Please proceed to checkout and provide your address to calculate the exact shipping cost.

Pre-order - Ship out within 4-6 weeks

Courier delivery is expected to arrive within the next 1 to 3 days after we ship out your order from Malaysia. All items on the website are in stock unless specifically noted as pre-order.

PACKAGING

Every day, we strive to pack your orders securely while minimising parcel size to reduce shipping costs. Our products come in standard packaging to keep prices and shipping fees low. For gift purchases, we recommend receiving your order first and then repackaging it as a gift. Alternatively, you can choose from our gift ready collection.

RETURN

You see it, you like it, you want it, you get it, but… you change your mind? You can return it.

You can return any item purchased, which are in original condition, unused and have not been altered, within 30 days upon receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging too. We charge RM5 for change of mind return per order, so total refund = item price paid - discount applied - RM5. Only item price will be refunded. We will assign a courier to collect the item/s from you and process your refund within 8 hours upon receipt of your returned item/s.

Problem orders such as damaged, defective or incorrect items in your order, all costs of resending and returning are borne by us.

We use Stripe as our payment provider. During check out, you can directly make payment securely via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Apple Pay.

How much is the shipping fee?

Do you offer free shipping?

At present, we don't provide free shipping as we've prioritised keeping our prices low without factoring in shipping costs. However, during promotional periods, we do offer free shipping on select items.

When will I receive my order?

2 - 5 working days (exc. Sat, Sun and public holidays).

We will ship out your order within 1 - 2 working days, and courier delivery is estimated to further take another 1 - 3 days.

Can you provide an exact delivery date?

No, we can only give you an estimated delivery time based on historical information provided by our courier partners.

When will I receive the tracking number?

When your order is shipped out from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Do I need to sign upon delivery for standard shipping delivery?

A signature is required upon arrival so to make sure it is delivered.

The tracking status is “delivered”, but I have not received, what should I do?

First, check with your concierge or reception in case the parcel has been delivered to them. Still no luck? Contact us with your tracking number and order number and we’ll sort it out.

What do I do if I change my mind and want to return my purchase?

You can inform us via email, live chat or WhatsApp. We will let you know what happens next.

How much will be refunded for my change of mind return?

Return fee = RM5 per order
Total refund = item price paid - discount applied - RM5

For example, Dolphin bought 5 plant pots at RM9.90 each in one order, item price paid (RM9.90 x 5) + delivery RM4.99 = total amount paid RM54.49.

Dolphin returned 4 plant pots.

Total refund RM34.6 = item price paid (RM9.90 x 4) - discount applied RM0 - RM5

Notes: There will be no refund for problem orders, as we will resend a new item to you.

Why do you charge RM5 for change of mind return?

There are costs for us to collect the item/s from you and process your refund. These costs are not included in our pricing, so that we can keep our price honest.

What do I do if I receive an item that is defective or not what I ordered?

We try our best to ensure our products are of a high quality, and that the correct items are in the box before they leave the warehouse.

However, if you happen to receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item in your order, please inform us via email, live chat or WhatsApp. Include the following information and we will let you know what happens next:

1. Your order number
2. What’s wrong? Let us know what the problem is
3. Pictures of the item(s)

I can’t add to cart the quantity I want to buy. What can I do?

Probably because the quantity you try to add to cart is more than what we have in our warehouse. Please email us to let us know, we will inform you the next restocking date.

How often will you restock an sold out item?

We try to restock as often as we can to avoid disappointment, usually 3 – 7 days. Please contact us so we can notify you immediately once it is restocked.

However, some items are discontinued and will not be restocked anymore after sold out.

Can I amend/ cancel my order after the order is placed?

If you have just made an order, please send us an email as soon as possible and we’ll try to modify your order. We could not modify any order which has been shipped out from our warehouse.

Where is your location in Malaysia? Can I self collect?

We're located in Shah Alam, Selangor. If you prefer, you can arrange for self-collection by contacting us directly through WhatsApp to make your purchase.

Please note that we don't facilitate walk-in shopping.
